Figuring out the issue for our customers is made more accessible by getting immediate results and easy-to-understand reasons. **What do you dislike about Forter?** There isn't much that I don't like to be honest. One thing I would like to see is a better explanation for the reasons that a customer's card may have been declined, perhaps by hovering over the cause. For some of them, I need to research it on Google to find out what the decline reason might mean to better explain it to either a customer or one of our agents. **What problems is Forter solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sometimes have customers who are unable to complete a payment on our website or in our app, and we use Forter to see if we can find out the reason why. Forter will identify high-risk customers and block the sale from being processed. We can the review the transaction and request an override if we deem it to be a valid sale.
