What I like most about Forte HRIS is its user-friendly interface and the way it streamlines our day-to-day HR operations. It allows us to manage employee data, attendance, leave requests, payroll, reimbursements, and performance management in one centralized platform.
One of the biggest advantages for us is the employee self-service feature. It enables employees and managers to access the information they need, submit requests, and complete approvals more easily and conveniently.
From an HR management perspective, Forte HRIS reduces manual administrative work, improves overall efficiency, and supports more structured and transparent HR processes.
