Combining enterprise-grade functionality, fast performance, intuitive design, and highly competitive pricing, Forte HRIS delivers powerful HR management without unnecessary complexity. Its comprehensive HR administration platform works alongside a purpose-built Employee Self Service (ESS) experience, ensuring employees enjoy a faster, simpler, and more intuitive interface while HR professionals retain extensive administrative capabilities. Forte HRIS continuously evolves through modern cloud technology, AI-powered assistants, and intelligent field automation to simplify HR processes, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency. Its comprehensive modules include Employee Management, Attendance, Shift Scheduling, Overtime, Leave Management, Payroll, PPh 21 Tax Calculation, BPJS, and Employee Self Service. Built specifically for Indonesian payroll complexity, Forte HRIS supports flexible payroll formulas and company-specific policies, with continuous regulatory updates aligned with the latest Indonesian government requirements, including PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Security is integrated throughout the platform, combining TLS-protected communications with application-level encryption on both server and client sides to provide additional protection for sensitive HR and payroll information beyond standard transport encryption. Despite its extensive capabilities, Forte HRIS prioritizes fast implementation, seamless integration, responsive performance, and ease of use. Backed by an established Indonesian customer base, experienced local professionals, and dedicated customer support, Forte HRIS delivers reliable solutions that continuously adapt to evolving business requirements. With cloud subscriptions starting from IDR 12,500 per employee per month, Forte HRIS offers one of Indonesia's most affordable comprehensive HRIS solutions, making advanced HR technology accessible to growing businesses and established enterprises alike.
