**What do you like best about FormaCV?**

This tool saves us a significant amount of time by automatically converting CVs into well-structured candidate profiles. It's easy to use, reliable, and delivers consistent results. The pricing is excellent for the value it provides, making it a great investment for any recruitment team.

**What do you dislike about FormaCV?**

We haven't experienced any major drawbacks so far. If anything, we'd love to see even more customization options for the generated candidate profiles, but the current functionality already meets our needs very well.

**What problems is FormaCV solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the platform automatically generates clear, consistent profiles that are ready to use.

This has significantly improved the efficiency of our recruitment process, reduced administrative work, and allowed our team to spend more time engaging with candidates and clients. It has also helped us maintain a consistent quality across all candidate profiles while keeping costs low.

**What do you like best about FormaCV?**

I love the simplicity of FormaCV. It’s not some corporate software that tries to do everything (and most users of big software use 30% of their features at best).

It just has formatting tools that work, and I can actually use it every day.

**What do you dislike about FormaCV?**

Simple - before and after views are there. And works rather fast

**What problems is FormaCV solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So the problem is that i was tired to modify / format candidate CVs, cause i need crafted and branded CVs to present to my clients. It was eating like 2-3 hours per day and it's a monkey job.

Thankfully FormaCV exists to solve it
