**What do you like best about Forekast?**

Forekast is a great platform as users can store all their client data, communication, and notes in one simple-to-use dashboard and it enables the user to understand which client needs more attention. The platform has great data protection features hence it ensures that all customer's data are safe and no unauthorized hand can access it easily. The product integrates with other apps hence increasing the functionality.

**What do you dislike about Forekast?**

The platform has been great since I started using it as it helps me to understand the clients that require more attention or focus on growing.

**What problems is Forekast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software gives its user peace of mind as they already know that the platform has security features that ensure that all their data is always in the right hands. The platform enables the user to have a grip on the customer who needs a lot of attention hence diverting the attention to them and this leads to customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Forekast?**

I find the updated interface and number of features that this CRM tool has to offer is easy to use and is phoneminal. I think that it allows for great customer support as well as agent support with how intuitive it is.

**What do you dislike about Forekast?**

I seem to find that the website can not want to input the values I put in or seems to be touchy when trying to input info but that could be solved with a patch update but it seem's just a bit glitchy in it's early phase.

**What problems is Forekast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has allowed us to look into new CRM tools for our spreadsheets and create more organized data sheets so we undertsnad how our department is running.
