I've seen both sides of FMAudit, and while I found it easy to set up and valuable when working for a copier company, I think I like it more as an end user. We are not having to reach out to the customer for meters if they have FMAudit installed and that machine is on their network. It makes for seamless billing because it's coming straight from the machine. It also allows us to have great service by just sending toners when we see them getting low. What do you like best about FMAudit?

I went with the cloud version just so it made life easier and it is defiantly the way to go so i don't miss anything nor have to mess with updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like any program it is not a 100% accurate and just sometimes stops reporting all together. I seems to work best with certain brands and others it is like 25% accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
