I can watch click counts as needed, find devices on the network, and it's great for simplifying the billing process. No more calls/emails for counts. **What do you dislike about FMAudit?** When issues arise, it can take a while to troubleshoot and get you back up and running. **Recommendations to others considering FMAudit:** No reason not to install. **What problems is FMAudit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Printer/copier counts and finding devices on the network, including what's not under contract or brought from home. ### 2. It makes for seamless billing because it's coming straight from the machine. It also allows us to have great service by just sending toners when we see them getting low. ### 3. I seems to work best with certain brands and others it is like 25% accuracy. **Recommendations to others considering FMAudit:** Do your research before and request the 30 day trial. Works for some not for all. **What problems is FMAudit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having to call for meter reads and having one central console to manage things from. It has made my billing process speedup night and day. ### 4.
