What do you like best about Flowtrics?

Working with the Flowtrics team has been a wonderful experience. They really took the time to understand the needs of our company and worked with us to determine the best and most efficient way to manage our online documents and minimize our time on the backend. We have six different locations and their software allows us to seamlessly manage everything while still keeping separation and organization between them. The team is incredibly accessible and responsive. We are well into our second year with the service and the with the new functionality and features constantly being added I can confidently say that they will continue to be a partner of ours for years to come. What do you dislike about Flowtrics?

What do you like best about Flowtrics?

What impressed me most about Flowtrics is what it offered for my role as the Director of Managed Care for Access Medical, Inc. Managed care plans require annual compliance training. With offices located throughout California, Hawaii, Arizona and Oregon it was always difficult to get everyone to review and sign training sheets. But with Flowtrics this made my job easier! With a simple request to all the staff to review and sign the Flowtrics training sheet. The process has made a huge difference in the responses by the staff. What do you dislike about Flowtrics?

This is difficult to answer since I do not have direct contact with creating tools in Flowtrics. I submit the request to Access Medical's, Flowtrics Admin to create the request to staff. I use this tool approximatey 3 times a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowtrics?

Our favorite feature about Flowtrics is the URL feature that allows you to send a document directly with a URL. That allows people to fill out a web form and go directly into a legal document to sign it without having to check their email. It's great for improving conversion rates. With all new programming there are small hiccups along the way which can cause small disruptions in our process but it's about the quality of attention to fixing the solutions that is important and that's what was the positive side about the errors along the way.
