**What do you like best about Flowtrics?**

Working with the Flowtrics team has been a wonderful experience. They really took the time to understand the needs of our company and worked with us to determine the best and most efficient way to manage our online documents and minimize our time on the backend. We have six different locations and their software allows us to seamlessly manage everything while still keeping separation and organization between them. The team is incredibly accessible and responsive. We are well into our second year with the service and the with the new functionality and features constantly being added I can confidently say that they will continue to be a partner of ours for years to come.

**What do you dislike about Flowtrics?**

Nothing to report, anytime we have had a feature request or a question on how to implement something they have been right by our side to assist.

**What problems is Flowtrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time for our cusotmers completing paperwork and our staff completing our processes. We went from all paper documents to being 100% online.

**What do you like best about Flowtrics?**

What impressed me most about Flowtrics is what it offered for my role as the Director of Managed Care for Access Medical, Inc.  Managed care plans require annual compliance training.  With offices located throughout  California, Hawaii, Arizona and Oregon it was always difficult to get everyone to review and sign training sheets.  But with Flowtrics this made my job easier!  With a simple request to all the staff to review and sign the Flowtrics training sheet.  The process has made a huge difference in the responses by the staff.  No more trying to track down who still needs to respond.  I love it!

**What do you dislike about Flowtrics?**

This is difficult to answer since I do not have direct contact with creating tools in Flowtrics.  I submit the request to Access Medical's, Flowtrics Admin to create the request to staff.  I use this tool approximatey 3 times a year.

**What problems is Flowtrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowtrics helped solve the problem we had with staff not responding to compliance training because there were too many steps to reply.  With Flowtrics, it's a simple e-signature page for easy tracking.

Through the utilization of Flowtrics' comprehensive services, our organization has experienced significant improvements in the storage and organization of employee files. Additionally, we have streamlined the process of sending documents for employee signatures, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced administrative burden.

Our experience with Flowtrics has been exceptional. They have consistently been responsive to our questions and provided thorough and timely information whenever we needed it. We have found no aspects of their service to dislike.

The company has successfully decreased the amount of time it takes to onboard new hires by implementing more efficient processes. Additionally, they have streamlined the distribution of documents to employees for signature when files are updated.

Flowtrics has been a great tool for us over the past year. The form-building capabilities have allowed us to create and deploy forms quickly. Real-time data analysis and the ability to adjust on the go have improved our campaigns significantly. The support team has always been on hand to help, ensuring we get the most out of the platform. Our collaboration with Flowtrics has been a critical factor in our continued growth.

“Implementing Flowtrics was one of the best decisions we made this year. The platform’s AI tools, especially its OCR and NLP capabilities, have significantly improved our data handling processes. We used to spend hours manually entering and verifying data, but now it’s done in minutes, and with greater accuracy. This efficiency has allowed us to reassign team members to more strategic roles, driving innovation and client satisfaction. Flowtrics has not only saved us time but also improved our bottom line.”

No cons to really talk about except they are new but they have a good product; Flowtrics' dedication to customer satisfaction and innovation is evident in every interaction.

**What do you like best about Flowtrics?**

Our favorite feature about Flowtrics is the URL feature that allows you to send a document directly with a URL.  That allows people to fill out a web form and go directly into a legal document to sign it without having to check their email.  It's great for improving conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about Flowtrics?**

There are a couple of features that take a little getting used to, but the Flowtrics support team is so good that any problems we have ran into have been quickly solved.  So, no real issues at all.

**What problems is Flowtrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it mainly to get people to sign Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and Franchise Agreements (FAs).

There are no downsides. Flowtrics is always responsive and willing to make the necessary adjustments.

**What do you like best about Flowtrics?**

Matt was able to help make sure each step of using Flowtrics was aligned with our business needs which created a lot of work and specific programming which was absolutely wonderful to work with a company who wanted to meet our needs versus us mold to fit their product

**What do you dislike about Flowtrics?**

With all new programming there are small hiccups along the way which can cause small disruptions in our process but it's about the quality of attention to fixing the solutions that is important and that's what was the positive side about the errors along the way.

All communication and organization behind contractor management

**What do you like best about Flowtrics?**

Easy to send and receive data. Really great to work with the support teams. Great interfce and easy enough for me to add new documents.

**What do you dislike about Flowtrics?**

We like it a lot. No complaints. Even the price is reasonable for all we are getting.

**What problems is Flowtrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health care forms that need to be returned to goverment agencies in specific templates. Allowed us to pass data and fill the forms and then automatically submit.
