**What do you like best about flowdit?**

We can very quickly onboard a client’s offline ready Excel logs into an active Digital Checklist Software environment. The field worker doesn't need a training manual to use the mobile view, and the offline functionality works well when the team is at dead spots or remote construction site. By capturing live data from the floor without any processing delays, compliance levels remain stable.

**What do you dislike about flowdit?**

The administrative portal allows you to configure a lot, and don’t let the complex Workflow Automation logic with many branches fool you, it’s easy to manage once you get the hang of it.  It would help to have more dashboard components to be useful for operational risk forecasting straight out of the box.

**What problems is flowdit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Clients were encountering huge holes in data validations and were spending many admin hours in paper field record conversions to create monthly quality summaries. flowdit is a one-stop Audit Management Software that produces reports automatically right after an inspection is finished. Besides reducing the admin work, it also guarantees transparent audit trails and keeps our EHS Audit regimes 100% ​‍​‌‍​‍‌compliant.

**What do you like best about flowdit?**

We utilize flowdit for production inspections and internal audits as our main Digital Checklist Software.  One interesting feature was the ability to conduct inspections offline and sync it all up at a later point. Some sections of the factory experience weak or absent connectivity. It was very useful to be able to run production inspections offline in those areas.

The platform has enabled us to go beyond paper forms and spreadsheets to conduct site inspections. We maintain more consistency of inspection records than ever between shifts and locations. Each defect has an account manager assigned to it who gets actions assigned directly from the inspection. This makes follow-up a lot more structured than before.

**What do you dislike about flowdit?**

In the beginning, it took us a while to set up workflows as our inspection processes became digital. The software needs to have them implemented. It could be implemented faster if you were there.

**What problems is flowdit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Flowdit many spreadsheets and shared folders were being used to track inspection records audit findings and corrective actions. It was difficult to manage a site level process and a consistent process between site was challenging. It was similarly difficult to ensure that findings were complete.

With our platform, all inspections, audit records, corrective actions, and supporting documents are all in one place. This has enhanced traceability, reduced the workload of reports manually, and made the audit preparation of our quality team seamless.

**What do you like best about flowdit?**

It was a major success for us to get rid of disconnected spreadsheets during site inspections.  Our primary use of flowdite as digital checklist software has led to a huge difference in the accuracy of our data.  I enjoy that we automated the work procedure most.  If a field technician marks a safety inspection non-compliant on mobile, a task is automatically created for the supervisor to follow up. Now we can solve problems before their occurrence. It is also a major plus feature that allows you to work offline.  Our team often works in places with poor connectivity. After entering range again, the sync always works.

**What do you dislike about flowdit?**

Setting up the first bespoke workflow for our special commissioning process took longer than expected. It's a strong mechanic, but you have to have a plan in mind to make it. Would like to see more native, deep integration with the standard construction management suite so that I don’t have to use custom API triggers to do basic data syncing.

**What problems is flowdit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We faced a struggle with a delay while getting our audit reports and lack of real-time visibility onsite.  Our quality team invests approximately 10-12 fewer hours weekly in manual documentation and report writing since we adopted your software as our exclusive audit management software. We utilize EHS audits and routine site inspections for formal EHS audits. Every inspection trail timestamped and stored centrally; it is immutable. We are ready for an audit at a moment’s notice. Across all, it has made our compliance SOP implementation Standardized.

**What do you like best about flowdit?**

Shifting away from manual spreadsheets and paper logs to this mobile-first Digital Checklist Software, completely transformed our plant operations. Now our floor operators can do shift handover, machine checks, and quality checks through their tablets. If in a routine check, an operator marks a component as “failed”, the Workflow Automation engine is robust enough that the system will automatically trigger a CAPA and assign the task to the maintenance team. The offline feature prevents the loss of any data on the technician's device, even when working in an area with weak connectivity.

**What do you dislike about flowdit?**

The initial setup and configuration of highly complex, conditional multi-step workflows requires a bit of an upfront learning curve. You need to map out your process logic thoroughly before building it out in the system. Additionally, we are looking forward to seeing more native, out-of-the-box integrations with legacy ERP systems to further streamline asset tracking data without custom API work.

**What problems is flowdit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were unable to easily show our compliance as our quality audits were collected in paper files and spreadsheets. The main software we use for audit management and quality assurance is The Platform, and for EHS audits, it is the agreed framework. We save compliance officers massive amounts of time in manual data collection. We now have instantaneous visibility into operational risks, audit readiness and floor-level exceptions across multiple manufacturing lines.

**What do you like best about flowdit?**

The team identified a more effective and easier standardization of the inspection process with flowdit.The digital inspection checklists are easy to follow. Training time was minimal in consideration of ease of use. We frequently employ it as part of our routine. Furthermore, having an actual presence during inspections prevents any delays. The features in the set of tools are well balanced and contain functions that we really need.

**What do you dislike about flowdit?**

At the start, it took an enormous effort to create various templates for quality check. In addition, although the system functions effectively independently, greater integration with other tools would add flexibility.

**What problems is flowdit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The inspection record is standardised and easy to track now. To date, the records were inconsistent and varied per team. The operation is simple, and referring to past inspections is easy for every team member.

**What do you like best about flowdit?**

The creation of each type of maintenance workflow, as mentioned above, required a bit of time during implementation. It is doable, but more ready templates will make it quicker. Assistance was satisfactory, albeit could have been more pronounced and evident in few areas.

**What do you dislike about flowdit?**

Implementation of each of the mentioned maintenance types and workflows required a certain amount of time. It can be done but having more templates ready makes it quicker.  The help was fine but can be more outstanding and obvious in some areas.

**What problems is flowdit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier we were using some manual logs which made it very difficult to track what was done. Currently, everything is getting recorded at a single place. Tracking of tasks becomes much clearer and easier to follow up on. Also, there has been an increase in missed checks and consistency.

Operators can easily use the checklists, so the team didn’t take long to get comfortable in terms of ease of use. We use it every day on the shop-floor; the system updates in real-time and helped us avoid delays and constant follow-ups. For inspection work, there seems to be a sufficient amount of features. Neither too complicated nor too few.

**What do you dislike about flowdit?**

The initial configuration was straightforward but we required additional time to configure the templates for each inspection type. As far as support is concerned, they have been responsive but we feel that it would have been better to provide us more details during the setup instead of us reaching out for help at later stages.

**What problems is flowdit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using flowdit makes the system more flexible and superior when compared to excel. They no longer have to rely on a spreadsheet containing thousands of rows. The process of digitizing records has made them consistent. Thus, it has aided in the inconsistencies and manual errors. Inspections and reporting can be managed with this. When everything is in one system, everything is manageable. The integration with other systems is not necessary for basic usage.

Every day, we use flowdit to complete our construction inspections and track our tasks. Mobile checklists are easy for field staff to fill out and crucially supervisors can monitor them as they update without any additional reporting. Field staff is able to use the same app for different phases because of how we designed the workflow.  Our most impressive.

**What do you dislike about flowdit?**

Configuring workflows of different sites take some time during implementation. The integration options are good, but having more native integrations with other project tools will simplify collaboration.

**What problems is flowdit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, inspection reports had been communicated via records and messengers. As a result, information was lacking and delays happened. Using flowdit, a person can access their full Inspection record along with their follow-ups. Site coordination remains standard which helps in eliminating manual reporting work.

Since we transformed from paper audits to flowdit, the introduction of digital checklists has made project tracking easier. Audit status updates will be visible without the need to check them.

The first configuration of different audit templates took some time.

Previously, it was difficult to maintain compliance due to scattered audit logs. Audit logs are now centralized at one place. It facilitates an easier and smoother way to keep checks. On compliance. Furthermore, compiling would be less work.
