flowdit has streamlined how our EHS and quality compliance teams execute field safety inspections across multiple job sites. What stands out most is the mobile app's offline synchronization feature—field auditors can capture high-resolution photos, apply location geotags, and complete structured digital checklists in remote areas without data loss. Once back online, the platform automatically triggers real-time Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) notifications to facility managers when non-conformances are flagged. The dashboard's audit analytics give our operations leadership clear visibility into recurring site risks and resolution turnaround times.

The platform simplifies how our team manages field audits, equipment service logs, and safety checks across operational sites. What stands out most is flowdit’s mobile offline access, allowing team members to complete custom inspection checklists, capture geo-tagged photos, and sign off digitally without needing a stable network connection. Whenever an inspection item fails compliance checks, the system automatically initiates Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and generates follow-up work orders for immediate resolution.

What stands out most for our service operations is how seamlessly Flowdit converts paper-based inspection sheets into dynamic digital workflows. Our technicians and site auditors can run comprehensive service checks from their mobile devices, upload time-stamped photo proof, and flag non compliance issues on the spot. The custom template builder allows us to tailor inspection logic specifically to our service SLAs, ensuring nothing gets missed during client site audits.
