I strongly advise against using Floship—avoid this company at all costs.
Firstly, dealing with Floship is a constant blame game; no matter what goes wrong, it's never their fault. They consistently make severe billing errors, adding arbitrary charges to invoices that defy explanation. Expect at least a 25% markup on all shipping rates, clearly padding their profits at their clients' expense.
Moreover, their inventory handling is a nightmare. They frequently pack and ship orders in the wrong cartons, but when confronted, they refuse any responsibility and conveniently shift blame elsewhere. Inventory reception is painfully slow, significantly disrupting business operations and causing unnecessary delays.
Their approach to invoicing borders on absurdity—they charge for anything and everything imaginable, often items that shouldn't even be billed. Communication with their customer service is a robotic experience; the representatives seem detached, scripted, and entirely unaccountable. It's evident none of them have actually visited or understand operations at their own warehouse.
Having personally visited their Hong Kong facility, I can confirm it's disorganized and highly unprofessional. Overall, Floship provides a frustrating and unreliable service that consistently harms rather than helps your business. A company to steer clear of by every measure.
