Flokzu achives to be an outstanding tool to create your own personalized workflows process without writing any code. Easy to understand, and which is more important easy to explore and learn new possibilities by using all the explaining videos they offer as well as a helpful library where you can search and find all the information you are needing for. What do you like best about Flokzu?

Flokzu is an excellent tool for automating business processes. Among its main advantages is its ease of use, since it is intuitive, direct and useful for people who don't have knowledge about programming; therefore, any member of the team may be able to handle it. It is an ally to accompany the digitization of the business: collect the information, organize the work assigning people who will carry out the tasks, you can see the results in real time and stimulate collaboration between the different areas, especially if they work remotely. What do you like best about Flokzu?

I really liked several things about this software. Firstly how simple and straight forward it is, I didn´t need to know how to program to be able to use it, which, for me, it was key. Moreover, had I encounter any problem, the customer service was always ready to help me.

Another thing that was great was that it helped me work with my colleagues since it allows us to work whenever we want, and, of course, since its online it allowed us to work remotely without any trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flokzu?

We at BD SOLUTIONS PRO have analysed 70 BPM applications on the market of which 50 were of some interest. Once we applied the following criteria, Flokzu was the ultimate winner.

• Must include a trio of Form, Workflow and Permissions

• Easy to create Workflows and Forms (no IT specialist)

• No coding for Forms or Workflows

• Easy user management and rights by user, group or roles

• Workflow presentation and version management

• Process form field flexibility and options

• Testing space within software - Sandbox

• User friendly across the complete application

• Robust application help desk and search capabilities

• Debugged application; not new on market

• Large customer base

• Low license cost

• Flexible pricing structure (plan type/per user/per month)

• Web based BPM using regular browsers (Chrome, IE, etc,.)

• Work from home made easy

• Embedded database

• Metrics and Reports capable

• Customer web interface

• Good customer support

Out of 50 reviewed BPM applications, the outcome was as follows:

- 39 did not MEET THE CRITERIA

- 5 were too COMPLEX AND EXPENSIVE

- 4 were GOOD BUT MISSING SOME CRITERIA

- 1 was SECOND BEST BUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS RIGID AND SLOW

- FLOKZU WAS THE WINNER ON ALL COUNTS

What do you dislike about Flokzu?

To tell you the truth, there is not much to dislike. We are currently implementing the Flokzu automated workflows in a Real Estate business and it is a walk in the park. It is great to be able to do it all by ourselves without programming or coding experts. We are in contact with Flokzu and any improvements required will be done based on our consultation and Client feedback but it will be adjustments rather than major improvements. What problems is Flokzu solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Employees' friction or turnover due to frustration with unsettled company processes 2. Consistency in delivery processes, nothing is left to anyone's creativity and lack of discipline 3. Work from home using conventional web browser hosting Flokzu 4. Inefficiencies and costly errors are disappearing 5. Staff engagement with the new way of doing business and more smiles :) 6. But above all, throw away these written procedures that nobody likes or read and show you staff the workflow diagram that speaks a thousand words; they just love it 7) Unboarding and training is so easy and once the wokflow is understood, you throw away the notes and embark on an auto process where no one needs to think through the routine; the mind is freed to attend to the real challenges of your industry. What do you like best about Flokzu?

Flokzu is a "do it yourself tool," very easy to learn and use, with lots of material and video tutorials on their web site.

Great for working in remote conditions, our team members are located in several countries.

Easy to create complete complex processes with BPMN.

What do you dislike about Flokzu?

I didn't find any main problem even though I'm not an IT guy. As a suggestion it could be great to be able to manage data bases directly from the process, to be able to add or delete columns and/or rows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Flokzu:

With Flokzu it is very easy to track status of tasks, and monitor reports (standard and customized) being able to detect bottle necks in processes working to be more efficent.

What problems is Flokzu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flokzu was used by commercial and administration teams. We trusted Flokzu Cloud BPM Suite to coordinate the whole commercial and administrative operation. It was extremely useful to register leads/prospects detection, follow up, conversion, invoicing and product delivery. We documented and tracked everything in several processes in Flokzu and kept all lead/customers' info updated. What do you like best about Flokzu?

Converting company and corporate paper procedures which nobody reads or more importantly truly follows to easy to use automated work processes and procedures. The outcomes of such an approaches reduces risks, cost of operation, improves overall quality, safety and more - all this giving rise to repeatability of successful results for the company using Flokzu systems.

Using BD Solutions Pro consulting services is a client’s first gate to better understand and to develop along with the client required fit for purposes management working processes and flow charting associated procedures.
