We are currently implementing the Flokzu automated workflows in a Real Estate business and it is a walk in the park. It is great to be able to do it all by ourselves without programming or coding experts. We are in contact with Flokzu and any improvements required will be done based on our consultation and Client feedback but it will be adjustments rather than major improvements. Great for working in remote conditions, our team members are located in several countries. Easy to create complete complex processes with BPMN. They added the sandbox functionality to test processes before actually launching them. **What do you dislike about Flokzu?** I didn't find any main problem even though I'm not an IT guy. As a suggestion it could be great to be able to manage data bases directly from the process, to be able to add or delete columns and/or rows. **Recommendations to others considering Flokzu:** With Flokzu it is very easy to track status of tasks, and monitor reports (standard and customized) being able to detect bottle necks in processes working to be more efficent. We trusted Flokzu Cloud BPM Suite to coordinate the whole commercial and administrative operation. It was extremely useful to register leads/prospects detection, follow up, conversion, invoicing and product delivery. We documented and tracked everything in several processes in Flokzu and kept all lead/customers' info updated. Flokzu has been a great alternative for these clients, allowing them to approach digital transformation gradually, starting with pilot processes and moving on to more critical processes. At the moment, I am beginning to evaluate its integration with SAP and other ERPs that my clients have. It also integrates with GSuite, which is a plus for users who use Google Drive, leaving their documents in Google's cloud without having to make a copy of them in Flokzu. You basically start out typing in the names, email addresses and roles, of your team members then you'll define all the form fields the process is going to handle (by just typing them out) and from there you finally tie everything together by lining out your graphical flowchart and the process rules. With one final click you put everything into production and action. It's that simple. **What do you dislike about Flokzu?** They're still certain limitations when it comes to creating an individualized form design. For instance if you want to reorganize the process form layout with different columns and rows than what's established by default, you currently wouldn't be able to do so within Flokzu. I understand that this shortcoming will be overcome very soon in the future version of the software. **Recommendations to others considering Flokzu:** If you are in search for a completely cloud-based BPMS, that is WYSIWYG driven but that still allows you to accomplish a go-life completely without programming, then you HAVE to have a look at Flokzu. Also, allowing you to dive in and try the software for free, with almost all features enabled, basically takes care of the risk of choosing the wrong software for the job. **What problems is Flokzu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently use Flokzu mostly for the high volume -support, claims and request processes of our company. Doing that with this software has allowed us to, at one hand, implement the entire process with all the associated rules in less than a week, but also to extend those processes, thanks to the software's technical features and it's flexible licensing schema, to external channels and mobile devices.
