We are currently implementing the Flokzu automated workflows in a Real Estate business and it is a walk in the park. It is great to be able to do it all by ourselves without programming or coding experts. We are in contact with Flokzu and any improvements required will be done based on our consultation and Client feedback but it will be adjustments rather than major improvements. Great for working in remote conditions, our team members are located in several countries. Easy to create complete complex processes with BPMN. I didn't find any main problem even though I'm not an IT guy. Flokzu was used by commercial and administration teams. We trusted Flokzu Cloud BPM Suite to coordinate the whole commercial and administrative operation. It was extremely useful to register leads/prospects detection, follow up, conversion, invoicing and product delivery. We documented and tracked everything in several processes in Flokzu and kept all lead/customers' info updated.
