**What do you like best about FlexxClient?**

What I value most about FlexxClient is its ease of use and the way it centralizes the management of devices and sessions. **What do you like best about FlexxClient?**

I like the speed and ease of the FlexxClient platform. I don't need to take courses to manage the environment, which makes its use very convenient. Furthermore, I found the initial setup very easy, I just needed to allow URLs on the firewall and install the agent.

**What do you dislike about FlexxClient?**

I don't like the lack of reading CVEs for devices, and I also miss a portal that can be available for users to execute their routines by themselves.

I use FlexxClient to monitor and resolve issues in the environment, such as slowness, and to automate the resolution of incidents, such as full disk and printer errors.

Without a doubt, a great comprehensive management tool that covers many aspects for the administration of an IT park, adapting to the number of devices and the needs of the organization, allowing various operations to be carried out in a quite agile manner.

While it is true that there are some operating systems that cannot cover all the options available on the platform, the development team is continuously working to try to add new features.

**What do you like best about FlexxClient?**

Quite a surprise. If you want to have total control over the organization's equipment, Flexible is the winning option due to the power of its solution and the large number of features that continue to expand with the product's ongoing evolution. Features such as secure remote assistance to users, control of equipment updates, their applications, and license management are performed easily with the simple installation of an agent on the equipment and total control of them in their cloud consoles.

There is nothing negative to point out, the product more than meets expectations.

Flexxclient helps manage the device fleet, their applications, and license control in a centralized manner. Update control or remote assistance to users are some of its notable functions.

My experience with the Flexxible training programme has been quite comprehensive and enriching. It allowed me to understand not only the fundamental concepts of the platform, but also its real applicability in complex corporate environments. The structure of the content is well segmented, with modules ranging from introductory to technical-operational, which is ideal for both new and experienced IT profiles. I found the practical focus on tools such as FlexxAgent, FXXOne and FlexxDesktop particularly valuable, as well as the visibility given to current topics such as task automation, endpoint security and remote administration.

As a suggestion to apply API to what is the FXXOne environment.

Total control over WIN devices including Servers, being able to control the startup and shutdown. In addition to a remote tool like AnyDesk.

That right now they are in migration and it does not allow seeing the ease of use that it really has

that it is possible to automate tasks at the Windows level, especially in the server area since the MDM does not offer management in the server area

It is very easy to deploy the agent. I like the integration options and the configuration. Possibility to apply remediations and almost everything that happens on the end device.

Regarding how the information is organized and the connection between the data within the portals, it could link the information to facilitate navigation between the different panels and delve more easily into the analyses you want to perform. In any case, it is not an inconvenience when gathering information.

Being able to track application crashes, follow up and troubleshoot to obtain the root cause.

I am quite satisfied with what it offers, but to say something, perhaps I would like some microservices to be a bit more dynamic in their execution (Being able to introduce some parameters manually)

These are the quite best things that i really like about the platform.

The learning curve for new users, especially those less experienced with advanced IT management tools, can be steep. Other than this issue i really do not find any other issues in the platform.

FlexxClient works to reduce downtime and ensure issues are detected and resolved using self-healing technology. Everything. is absolutely magnificent, it is an amazing tool

Nothing at all, everything is so perfect I would say... that there is nothing to point out.
