**What do you like best about First Choice Background Screening?**

The information the tool provides is very helpful in weeding out non-paying patients as well as potential employees who have a questionable history. It's simple to use and effective for anyone dealing with the public. We used it all the time when we had more offices but now we only have one.

**What do you dislike about First Choice Background Screening?**

The only downside here is the cost but it was a very valuable tool why we used it. Definitely worth the cost but sometimes costs have to be cut.
