The interface was very easy to use. Requests were streamlined. Any time we had a request that was out of the ordinary, we had the most timely and helpful customer service. I can't say enough about the service we received. **What do you dislike about Vault Verify?** We did not have any drawbacks to the service. If anything, we wished we had used it sooner since it saved us so much time. **What problems is Vault Verify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Constant stream of disjointed employment verification requests. This put it in an easy to use format and helped reduce the workload/admin time from our small HR team. ### 2. With turnover comes a lot of verifications of employment. Vault Verify has solved our need for a Carlex professional o take on this role and manually process verifications of employment. ### 3. Every interaction with the Vault Verify team has been valuable, efficient and beyond my expectations. They make it extremely easy to implement their services and are available for support every step of the way. They have been able to anticipate my company/department's needs before I am-- always two steps ahead. **What do you dislike about Vault Verify?** There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Vault Verify. **What problems is Vault Verify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employment verification completion. Verification letters. Preparation for M&A activity. Referring Unemployment vendor options.
