The team knows us personally, responds quickly, and follows through on what we need. Even when a request is unusual or time sensitive, they take the time to understand the ask and help us get it done. The people make the difference. They’re fantastic to work with, and I would recommend Data Facts to anyone looking for a comprehensive background screening partner. **What do you dislike about Data Facts?** I don’t have any complaints. The team has been responsive, easy to work with, and willing to help whenever we need something. **What problems is Data Facts solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work in education, so thorough screening is especially important to us. Data Facts gives us comprehensive background check options, including MVR checks for employees who drive and ongoing screening options. The initial setup was seamless, and our representative is super helpful and responds quickly whenever I need support. **What do you dislike about Data Facts?** The Verification of Identity process could be improved as it sometimes takes longer than expected, leaving candidates unsure about the next steps. Providing step-by-step instructions or setting clear expectations would greatly help streamline this process. **What problems is Data Facts solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Data Facts to make informed hiring decisions with reliable background screening, compliance support, and clear status tracking. The response time for the background screenings is faster than the previous company we contracted with for the agency. DataFacts complete a lot of our monthly checks, which is excellent. **What do you dislike about Data Facts?** Covid has slowed the progress of getting county checks back from Data Facts. I understand this is out of their hands. I do wish updates were sent to us on setbacks with background screenings. **What problems is Data Facts solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is more precise information on each background screening. Everything is quick and easy to read and understand. The monthly checks they provide for our agency are a great asset. ### 6. The headings allow you to find what you need without laboriously reading through the entire document. **What do you dislike about Data Facts?** My only complaint is with multiple requests; you do not have the option of skipping company selection at the beginning. **What problems is Data Facts solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are no surprises with new hires. Get all the information you need upfront.
