While they mention the prices do not include court access fees, the sales representative was not honest about the amount (e.g. ranging up to $100), or the frequency of the court fees. When there was universal court access fee on the package, he did not disclose it knowing it would be out of our budget. User beware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the interface can be a little clunky, and some of the way it's designed isn't super user friendly. Also, when asking for a full export of our data for one of our locations that was closing and we wanted it for records, it's taken a very long time to receive.
