Fred, the AI assistant, delivers high-value prompts, the summaries are spot on and easily copy into an email for follow up. I use this tool almost daily for personal and professional uses. It's a great way to create more efficiency in your life, easy to implement and integrate into your work. **What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai?** I wish it was more intuitive about organizing and naming the recordings. I only discoverd this when I needed to feed some transcripts to GPT to build a co-pilot. It is a cumbersome project to keep on top of the organization in Fireflies.ai, so it was a bit of a hassle to download them in an organized way. **What problems is Fireflies.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Here's a great example. I had to give a developer some notes on changes we want to a landing page. I set up a meeting with myself to talk through the changes, recorded it with Loom, then uploaded the audio transcript to Fireflies.ai. It produced a full summary and task lists for both parties. In the past, I would have sat with the landing page, a pen and a pad to write the notes, then write them up in an email - which I sent with full confidence I provoided everything the developer needs to get the job done. Here's another great example that I share with people who are new to AI. We're having some work done on our home. There is so much to do to prepare, it became overwhelming. I am using Fireflies daily, in all my meetings now and integrating it into my entire team **What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai?** Nothing I dislike although there may be some areas for improvement such as allowing for "sub-channel" within a "channel" to make filing and referencing easier of meetings. Also, when downloading meetings, one needs to click "download" 3 times if you are wanting to download the summary, the transcript and the audio and I think it would be great to have a "download all" function. It would also be great if one could upload a template that you would like minutes / summaries of meetings to be populated onto along with action items and then being able to reference meetings held in future on the same topic to keep a consolidated view of meetings and action items and what is outstanding.
