**What do you like best about FileThis?**

They save time by automatically downloading your monthly statements for ALL of your financials accounts and bills.

**What do you dislike about FileThis?**

Since 2021 or 2022 they have become much less reliable.  I need to reconnect FileThis one by one to each of my businesses... it dramatically reduces the value of the service.

**What problems is FileThis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to keep a record of my bills.  this is very time consuming.

AND I want to track all of my spending, so I want to see each statement... they give me a one stop way of doing this.

**What do you like best about FileThis?**

Supports automatic document downloads of bank statements for storage.

**What do you dislike about FileThis?**

Bank connections need to frequently be refreshed. Account dashboards have bugs. Customer support can take up to a month to resolve a programming issue.

**What problems is FileThis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving ... sometimes.

**What do you like best about FileThis?**

Automatically gathers all of my paperless statements into separate folders which makes year-end accounting much more manageable. Also, it reminds me when bills are due.

**What do you dislike about FileThis?**

Three issues - 1. Constantly drops connections between FileThis app and accounts, 2. No way to make notations on bills, and 3. Needs to add additional companies ( new online-only financial institutions and small regional utilities).

**What problems is FileThis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most significant advantage is having all of my monthly statements in one folder without manual intervention (when it works). This is a substantial time-saver for tax and audit purposes.

**What do you like best about FileThis?**

I love how this program saves me from the really really tedious work of downloading statements/invoices/receipts.  As a finance professional, it gives me peace of mind that I'm properly documenting my files with the supporting paperwork, hassle-free.  

**What do you dislike about FileThis?**

It's a bit annoying when you change the password to an account and have to reauthorize in FileThis also. 

**What problems is FileThis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used Filethis primarily to save invoices and receipts.  The biggest one is giving access to pull the receipts out of our business Amazon account.  This allows my bookkeeping clerks to easily access and attach the receipts to our accounting records.
