What do you like best about FileChucker?

I needed an easy way to accept files through my website when I was starting a project and has potential creative partners submitting files through the site. This tool made it incredibly easy to add that functionality to my site, and make it easy for the user on my site to complete the task of uploading files. The simplicity is what makes it great. What do you dislike about FileChucker?

It was hard to get support. It took a little time to setup and I had a question for support, but their website is full of errors and it took time for me to contact them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
