I am able to produce professional documents with this product, including encryption if needed. **What do you dislike about PaperScan?** I am using the Free Edition, and it has limits to how many batches I can scan, and only a single license is provided. **Recommendations to others considering PaperScan:** Try the free edition first, and if you need more batches scanned, you may want to try the paid edition, the pricing is not going to break the bank. **What problems is PaperScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving the paper issue. With scanning I do not need to print as much, and am saving trees! It is easier to just shoot an email once the work is scanned, rather than run it to someone's desk. ### 17. I did not even need to ask how to use it the first time because it was so easy! I feel like it is definitely a good idea to have a scanner to get who is using the scanner, but I do not like how specific the log in takes and the log off. **Recommendations to others considering PaperScan:** Understand the log in and out right away to not make that mistake.
