The Fielo team have been brilliant since starting our journey with them. They truly care about understanding and delivering our requirements. We use Fielo to support our customer advocacy program both from a front-end and back-end perspective and it allows us to create different types of activity engagement for them. If you know Salesforce, then Fielo is very easy to use and is configurable to how you want it to be. There's loads more we can do with it! Also, I like that it's native to Salesforce as that's our source of truth. Big shout out to Sergio for all his support during and post-implementation. Latest version of the platform is great, love the UI and I look forward to further improvements!
