**What do you like best about Fieldproxy?**

Commercial team is very supportive, immediate responses to the concerns if called and connected. Portals are not much complicated, UI is fine. Flow is ok in general.

**What do you dislike about Fieldproxy?**

Immediate technical support through phone or message is not there. Customer has to write mail and wait for the response for resolving urgent issues. Implementation takes time than expected. Random errors happening while handling multiple tickets.

**What problems is Fieldproxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling service calls without errors  be expected to be better with FP CRM portals.

The unstrapped potential to create Digital User experience for internal and external customers. Customer Support team is amazing. Founders are accessible.

Lack of documentation for use cases development.

We use it to provide a live interface of shipment update to our internal customers.

**What do you like best about Fieldproxy?**

The best of FieldProxy it's the high level of customization. It's very easy-use for the dispatcher. The app for the field agents it's simple an efficient.

Also, the implementation its very easy! 

The integrations with Freshdesk and others desks are very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Fieldproxy?**

Whe need to improve and get a better UX, but all the sofware its amazing!

Management of all the agents in field.

**What do you like best about Fieldproxy?**

Software is easy to use. Tracking of employees location on field is a most useful feature which helps management to track their employee at work.

**What do you dislike about Fieldproxy?**

Bugs in the software needs to be fixed. Many charts can be redesigned.Sometimes attendance output is also not accurate

**What problems is Fieldproxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking the location of the employee working in field. Attendance of the employee is marked easilye.

Best part is the Field proxy team support.

Basic features need to be communicated over requirement call which could be incorporated by default in the app.

**What do you like best about Fieldproxy?**

It is very much helpful to track our Field Executives who are working in field. Live tracking is a masterpiece. Selfie based attendance and leave record managment is much helpful. Application is very much user-friendly for the field team to use and reports generated are supportive to the Management to understand the operations effectively.

Live tracking can be made better and more userfriendly.

It is a value added application which helps us in better monitoring of our field operations.

Team coordination and effort to rectify the issues in timley manner and giving importance to each and every issues

**What do you like best about Fieldproxy?**

Location tracking is the key feature, especially with great support and service provided whenever we need help from them. Highly recommended based on the service provided by the customer success team.

**What do you dislike about Fieldproxy?**

We are not able to track both the ways for the route navigation under location tracking. We prefer to have location tracking in offline mode with route navigation.

**Recommendations to others considering Fieldproxy:**

Less expensive and great support experience

Better managing the field team with the help of location tracking and it allows us to monitor the productivity with the help of expenses and attendance tracking.
