What do you like best about Fieldproxy?

Commercial team is very supportive, immediate responses to the concerns if called and connected. Portals are not much complicated, UI is fine. Flow is ok in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fieldproxy?

Immediate technical support through phone or message is not there. Customer has to write mail and wait for the response for resolving urgent issues. Implementation takes time than expected. Random errors happening while handling multiple tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best of FieldProxy it's the high level of customization. It's very easy-use for the dispatcher. The app for the field agents it's simple an efficient.

It is very much helpful to track our Field Executives who are working in field. Live tracking is a masterpiece. Selfie based attendance and leave record managment is much helpful. Application is very much user-friendly for the field team to use and reports generated are supportive to the Management to understand the operations effectively.
