I like the fact that you can find a specific person and check their information all on one page. You could create groups and keep attendance if you needed to. At its base use, FellowshipOne is a meant to be a great discipleship tool for all types of churches and ministries. It gives information on congregants ranging from contributions to serving and holds all paperwork needed to define which ministries a congregant can serve in. Also, it serves as a workflow solution for ministries to make the process of onboarding serve team members, contacting congregants, and handling event registrations so much easier. The most glaring issue with FellowshipOne is that the design and functionality of the program are quite outdated. In light of other software, the competitors are light years ahead of what F1 has to offer. While it takes many hours and even days to train a new staff member on the functionality and understanding of how to navigate F1, none of the information entered is dynamic. You have to touch each individual portion of the account to update the info needed. From addresses to emails and phone numbers, even entering pastoral care notes and updating group information is just a time-consuming process. The flexibility of being able to analyze the data from within the database is fantastic and unparalleled. New features are constantly being added, and the support team is great. The check-in system has it's own "app" for the computer, so you do not have to go through an internet browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does not have the most eye-appealing interface though they are constantly improving. User-friendliness is not the best, but once you learn it, it's great. It would be nice if the check-in tags could be customized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about Fellowship one is that I can enter data in different catagory about individuals (i.e. attendance, visitors, prayer request, baptism) Also, only one specific person is assigned to put in information on individuals. I can transfer information or request for follow-up to different staff members in the organization and that individual can make note that he/she took appropriate action. I dislike the issues that it takes over 24 hours for changes to take effect. Information changes by itself without my knowledge (for example - a teacher would be come a student without me ever changing anything, students mysteriously disappear off a roster). When I ask for help on a problem, sometimes it may take a day for a response or up to a week for a simple problems. I signed up for a class thinking that it was free because there was not indication on the flyer that there was a charge and I was charged for the class. I took several phone calls by the finance department to find out the reason for the charge and it took weeks to get an answer. It organizes people and associated data in such a way that you can search names, numbers, emails, etc. You are also able to run reports on data based on certain criteria into spreadsheets, email contacts, etc. it syncs with our check-in system and synchronized attendance data as well.
