Fluency plans are charged per seat (user). If you are on a Free trial, you can make up to 3 documents for free, and access the platform for 7 days. If you are on a Pro or Business plan, you will be charged for all users who have active accounts at the end of each billing cycle. Fluency plans are designed so that you can get started with as little as one user, and scale up to the entire company.

Pricing information for Fluency is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly
accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase Fluency must be conducted with the
seller.
Fluency has three plans for towards company usage: Pro, Business, and Enterprise. You can purchase the Pro plan either through the Subscriptions page in the Fluency application or by contacting our sales team. Simply add 5 or more seats, and you will be automatically placed on the 'Pro' plan. For 10 seats or more, you will be upgraded to 'Business'. To purchase the Enterprise plan, please contact Sales. On either plan, you will be charged for all users with active seats in your organisation. As part of these plans, any licensed user at an organisation has the ability to create teams, organisations and documents within their organisation.
