FacilGo has made the process much more organized by keeping job assignments, scheduling, updates and communication in one place. Submitting invoices through the platform is also simple and convenient, making it easier to keep track of completed work and billing. FacilGo has made our workflow more efficient and communication much easier. **What do you dislike about FacilGo?** At this time, there is nothing specific that I dislike about FacilGo. Overall, I have had a positive experience with the platform. **What problems is FacilGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having everything in one platform makes it easier to stay organized, communicate with property managers, and keep track of our work. Everybody on the FacilGo team is willing to jump in and answer any questions. **What do you dislike about FacilGo?** This is a great software to use for all management needs. It took a little time to get it set up they we wanted it configured but any software that can be tailored to the customers needs would take time. **What problems is FacilGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** FacilGo helped with work order accountability and our inspection process. Being able to document with pictures, timestamps, and reports, and share all this information with the appropriate people, was very helpful. ### 3.
