What do you like best about Fabrico?

Fabrico is very straightforward and easy to use. Our maintenance team enjoys the mobile app, which allows them to scan QR codes on machines and instantly see maintenance history, manuals, and open work orders.

We also like how work orders can be assigned and tracked easily, and the dashboards give a clear view of downtime, MTTR, and OEE, helping us quickly identify recurring issues. Overall, it has made the daily workflow much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fabrico?

What do you like best about Fabrico?

Fabrico has transformed how we handle maintenance at Yorkshire Manufacturing. The platform is intuitive, and the mobile app makes it easy for technicians to log tasks directly on the shop floor. Scanning QR codes on machines gives immediate access to maintenance history, manuals, and outstanding work orders, a real time saver.

What do you dislike about Fabrico?

What do you like best about Fabrico?

Fabrico stands out for its simplicity, mobile accessibility, and real manufacturing focus. The onboarding was seamless, technicians quickly learned to log work orders and scan QR codes directly on the shop floor. Preventive maintenance scheduling and spare-parts tracking are intuitive, and the dashboards make performance data easy to understand for both operators and managers. I also appreciate their continuous innovation, such as the upcoming OEE module that connects maintenance with production performance. What do you dislike about Fabrico?

The only challenge we faced was integration with our existing ERP system, which required some custom configuration. Their support team guided us through it, but I’d like to see more prebuilt integrations in the future. What do you like best about Fabrico?

What I appreciate most about Fabrico is its ability to unify maintenance across all our departments and locations. Maintenance, production, quality-all our teams can log, schedule, assign and track jobs from one place. Having a single platform for everything has dramatically improved operational agility and cross-departmental coordination. The clear task prioritization is the best part. I always know which jobs are urgent and can focus on them first, without losing track of smaller tasks. Fabrico customer support is among the best we’ve experienced. They’re not only responsive but also proactive in releasing updates based on customer feedback. If there’s a bug or issue, it gets handled quickly and they keep us updated. They’re also open to feedback and we’ve already seen a few new features based on what we and other users asked for.
