Although it can be clunky, it actually gets all of the things you need done. We have had complaints that it is not user friendly but that once someone learns how to do it they do just fine. It is int very attracive of a platform and can look dated. It doesn't integrate the best and there are no automations. We often get calls after people sign up because they don't know if they registered properly.
