I personably used for sales, I would suggest some points which I have experience

1. Easy-to-use CRM dashboard with clear sales tracking

2. Helps manage leads, follow-ups, and customer data in one place

3. Improves customer engagement and retention

4. Customizable sales pipeline stages

5. Real-time updates and automated reminders

**What do you dislike about ezeeCRM?**

UI design can feel basic in some areas and Learning curve for new users on advanced settings

**What problems is ezeeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ezeeCRM is solving the challenge of managing leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions efficiently. It helps me stay organized, track every sales opportunity, and respond to clients on time. As a result, my sales productivity has increased, and I’m able to close deals faster with better customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about ezeeCRM?**

It is difficult to use. It complicates the management of my customer relationships. The non customizable dashboards and reports are not giving me insights, at a glance. The hectic integration with apps and platforms is a disadvantage.

**What do you dislike about ezeeCRM?**

With ezeeCRM I feel it is difficult to simplify my sales process and provide customer service. It's needs to be lifesaver for any business owner or salesperson. One thing I dislike about ezeeCRM is its lack of customization options, which limits its adaptability to business needs.

**What problems is ezeeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The user interface feels somewhat outdated compared to CRM platforms. Is not as intuitive. This affects productivity. Makes it harder for new users to get up to speed quickly. I wish their customer support would be more responsive and proactive, in solving user concerns.

It has completely conserved the way I handle marketing campaigns and keep monitoring their success. The system is not flexible making it difficult to manage my data.

**What do you dislike about ezeeCRM?**

It is difficult to use when it comes to visualizing my sales process. There are slowdowns when dealing with datasets or difficult queries. ezeeCRM does provide poor features that centralize customer data and automate processes there are downsides.

**What problems is ezeeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customization options are somewhat limited which makes it difficult to tailor the CRM according to business needs. They lack in depth analysis and advanced features. This is a drawback for businesses that require insights for decision making purposes.

I have used the ezeeCRm for over one & half years and found it to be user-friendly & productive. Its dashboard can be customized to suit the business requirement with minimal investment

Not really, but I want customer support to be proactivly inform the client about an extent of possibility with ezeeCRM integration for any organization.

**What problems is ezeeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were a mid-size organization with over 150+ employees but growing and looking for the best CRM solution to automate the sales process with mobile friendly application & features. EzeeCRM was precisely the solution we were looking for, it gave us the freedom to customize it as per the business demand with minimum inputs which saved lot of time for team to focus on other processes.

**What do you like best about ezeeCRM?**

Helps in managing pipelines and communicating  with the  clients. It is cloud based .The pricing is pretty decent which helps even small bussinesses and freelancers to afford it.

**What do you dislike about ezeeCRM?**

It doesn't support two factor authentication. It doesn't have integration with Google Maps.
The User Interface can be made better. Frequency of new updates can be improved.

**What problems is ezeeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides Api solutions.Budget friendly.Helps in file transfer and file sharing. We are currently using it for sales and marketing.It has significantly increased the productivity.

as you can see from the title what I'm looking for in any CRM is flexibility and to get my data easily, fast, and effectively that's why I highly recommend ezeeCRM and also it's  affordable

**What do you dislike about ezeeCRM?**

although it's flexible and great i don't like the mobile App at all that's why i have to use it always from my PC also  the customization is not that great.for me customization matters the most, but flexibility wins

**What problems is ezeeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i'm working in a real estate company we do wholesaling so we deal with lots of properties so getting them fast and in order is very critical in our business and that what ezeeCRM does
