With ezCater, I can confirm the tax exemption online, which is super convenient and something I appreciate about their service. It's a relief knowing that I can find something unique and tax-exempt at short notice, which wasn't always the case with other services. The initial setup of ezCater was simple too, rating a 3 out of 10 in difficulty, and I appreciate that it's an option without the pressure of being locked into one sole supplier. **What do you dislike about ezCater?** I don't like that it's not easy to call a restaurant to change an ezOrder purchase. Also, sometimes there are menu items not on the ezCater menu that the restaurant offers, and it isn't simple to add these into the ezCater budget while keeping the order tax exempt and within budget. **What problems is ezCater solving and how is that benefiting you?** ezCater helps me easily order tax-exempt purchases, simplifying the process with online confirmation which avoids the hassle of calling restaurants. ### 2. We never had to worry about what to get for lunch, have to stand in long lines at food places, nor did we have problems with delivery being late. **What do you dislike about ezCater?** Thumbs down when it came to variety. Definitely needs more restaurant choices. **What problems is ezCater solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of having to take time out of work to venture to get food and stand in long lines during lunch rush hour, we were able to have it delivered right to our office!
