What do you like best about Extend?

I highly appreciate Extend for its intuitive setup process, which made it easy for us to start using. The support from the team at Extend was outstanding, providing quick and helpful responses to any questions we had. Extend's virtual card functionality has been invaluable, allowing us to forecast expenses better and speeding up reconciliation processes. I can swiftly identify missing data and handle fraudulent charges efficiently without having to cancel the main card. This feature ensures better protection of the physical card and streamlines our expense management. I also enjoy the ability to send virtual cards to internal teams and guests, which has been essential for our operations. The prompts that remind users to submit missing receipts or important details are also extremely useful, ensuring accountability and easing administrative burdens. What do you dislike about Extend?

I experience lag with the software, which is frustrating, particularly during reconciliation and researching charges. It's a bit finicky, causing inconvenience in these areas. Additionally, there is a lack of a feature that prompts users to enter cost codes or expense codes, along with the absence of automated reminders for missing information like receipts and cost codes. I also find the reconciliation process could be improved, especially in aligning Extend transactions with our Amex statements for better financial management.
