I appreciate that the service is reliable and easy to use on a regular basis. Being able to upload reciepts and the total is accurate is better compared to my previous platform. It was unintuitive to set up payment through Apple Wallet as I got an error when I attempted to add my virtual card manually. I didn't know that I had to download the app and add it through there. I like that Extend is available to me when I need it most. The 'tap to pay' feature is great for when I need it in the moment. The initial setup wasn't too bad and takes about 5 minutes.
