I dislike the fact that there are no enterprise pricing! EB would dominate the market if they used a more corporate or medium-friendly business size. If you're a larger organization with multiple sales individuals, financial team, and R&D team, it becomes quite expensive. That is a gripe that I honestly can't get over. While I've used it and pushed that my entire organization to use it, many others that I have attempted to evangelize about EB are automatically turned off by its pricing structure.
