I love the fact that it's encrypted and secured! That's what pushed me to even try it professionally and then pushed our entire organization to use it! I love the ease of us and the user friendly dashboard. One of the things that I love most about ExpertBox goes unnoticed by many of the users in our organization though. To me, the ability to containerize different campaigns and still make them interchangeably linked is offered by NO OTHER platform! It's SalesForce, Zoom, Facebook workplace, and Sage all in one! The ability to ability to have one platform where billing, sales, follow through, research, marketing, and metrics can be done is what makes ExpertBox indispensable to our organization! I dislike the fact that there are no enterprise pricing! EB would dominate the market if they used a more corporate or medium friendly business size. If you're a larger organization with multiple sales individuals, financial team, and R&D team, it becomes quite expensive. That is a gripe that I honestly can't get over. While, I've used it and pushed that my entire organization to use it, many others that I have attempted to evangelize about EB are automatically turned off by it's pricing structure.
