# Who Do Event Organizers and Training Teams Trust Most for Digital Credential Management Platforms?

The same platform from the post above carries direct evidence from exactly that kind of use case, within Digital Credential Management.

Credly: reviewers running credentialing for schools and professional training programs point to getting an entire system up and running quickly, with the ability to see exactly where badges are being shared and shaping decisions around program impact as a result. Customer support draws consistent praise, though a few note that staff turnover on the vendor's side has made some conversations harder than they should be.

Would help to hear from event organizers and training teams directly here: did badge analytics actually influence how you designed your next training cohort, or is that data mostly just nice to have?

For training teams, the stronger value of badge analytics is whether it changes program decisions rather than just proving badges were issued. I’d look at completion, sharing, acceptance, and downstream engagement by cohort to see which credentials actually signal value to learners and employers—and which should be redesigned or retired.
