Convenience with ex-ordo **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Tri Amelia Rahmitha H. | Program Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025 **What do you like best about Ex Ordo?** It is very easy to assign the reviewer and check the progres. **What do you dislike about Ex Ordo?** I strongly recommend adding a “Keyword” field in the settings, which should not be included in the overall abstract word count. Provide an email reminder template for reviewers, automatically sent at H-10, H-5, and other relevant intervals. Disable the option for reviewers to hide the PDF file uploaded by participants, as this undermines the double-blind process by allowing reviewers to view the original PDF content. **What problems is Ex Ordo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ex Ordo has provided a dedicated field for “Keywords”, however, the words entered in this field are currently counted toward the total abstract word count. According to our guidelines, the maximum limit of 350 words should be calculated excluding the title and keywords. ### 2. Support is outstanding, as are the slick interface and fluid design. ### 3.
