**What do you like best about Evermaps?**

I appreciate Evermaps for the centralization and simple management of Google reviews. AI-assisted responses save valuable time, the interface is intuitive for franchisees, and the support is very responsive and personalized. The installation and training were smooth. Evermaps is well known for its support of large networks but also takes good care of its smaller clients with 20-30 stores.

**What do you dislike about Evermaps?**

Nothing to report on my side. Evermaps manages to meet all the needs of my network.

**What problems is Evermaps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evermaps solves the dispersion and complexity of managing Google reviews. The platform allows everything to be centralized, to respond faster thanks to AI suggestions, and to harmonize practices across the entire network.
