**What do you like best about Eventtia?**

Do you want to have a successful event? Eventtia is the platform and your ideal ally. Using their platform, you will generate a great experience for your clients.

Eventtia makes your client's user experience the best, allowing you to manage your entire event, from creating the landing page, viewing all the event content, date, speakers, registration, to managing B2B meetings.

I highly recommend their services. It's the second year we've used it and we are happy.

**What problems is Eventtia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eventtia allows companies to:
- Generate a 100% customized landing page for their event (information about speakers, agenda, videos, reviews of past events, etc.)
- Track the number of attendees, personal information, needs, etc.
- Graph registrations and income

For the end user:
- Buy their tickets or access in one place through different payment methods

**What do you like best about Eventtia?**

It offers all the features I was looking for in a event app. Their customer service is very good and in different languages (my first language is French). They answer very quickly to every question I may have and even fix features on their web app for free to uptomize it accordingly to their customers needs.

I love that we integrate our content ourselves. It removes an intermediary when you need to modify something.

Their sponsor features are just great. They can show products, add documents, videos, chat with potential customers, etc.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

I'd love that the users receive a notification when they get a new message in the chat. As it is, the users don't really use the chat because they don't see when they get a new message.

**What problems is Eventtia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a non profit organization. Eventtia help us connect our members during our events and give them the opportunity to retrieve all the information in one place. 

A lot of our members are not very good with tech. Because Eventtia is a web app, they just have to scan the QR code I printed on the registration table and the web app opens on their phone. It's easier for them than downloading an app from the App Store.

**What do you like best about Eventtia?**

I really like the wide range of functionalities from pre-production to post-production of the event, taking into account communication, registration, visualization, promotion among others, we are very satisfied with this journey and Eventtia has added great value to our events.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

I believe that in the stagevirtual there should be more varied configuration options, where you can set the position of menus, buttons, among others, and that it responds better in responsive design for mobile devices. Also, that the app really be an app.

**What problems is Eventtia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With very few people, we can set up an entire event, with Eventtia it did not solve the problem of setting up and developing both hybrid and virtual events.

-	Since questionary data except basic consumer data won’t be stored in the keeper, we can keep the questionary data in Eventtia database as a reference for the future event planning.
-	We can create a landing page and a form on the same page without any page creation cost even some brands are not on GCMS.
-	Question fields can be flexible. (using multiple choice, text field, radio button, code input, select event activity in calendar on the same form)
-	All the text can be flexible to change to Japanese text (even error message)
-	Form/ text color and font size can be changed in the backend aligning with the brand guideline.
-	We can send a welcome message/ reminder message/ cancelation message.
-	We can download customer info and survey result after the campaign finished.
-	We can pick up the winner by ourselves, not random.
-	Winner message can be sent after the campaign finished, not after submission the answer.
-	Merchandise function is mandatory for some events. (especially KINOBI)
-	All the events can be managed on the same backend page since digital team needs to manage all the brand event holistically.
-	 a prompt help immediately from help team if the issue happens. (24 hours support is appreciated)

Eventtia offers a user-friendly and intuitive platform for both users and administrators. The platform provides many features and the team is very responsive for any questions or support.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

The layout of web pages created via Eventtia is sometimes difficult, especially when one is not comfortable with web design. Fortunately, the responsiveness of the teams allows you not to be stuck for very long.

**What do you like best about Eventtia?**

We have been leveraging Eventtia for 3 years consecutively to carry out an annual, online conference.

Eventtia has many beneficial features, including an intuitive website builder. Whether you have a marketing team or not, anyone would be able to put together a professional-looking and mobile-responsive web for any event. Within the builder, you can customize the branding to your liking, add event details, add speakers, schedules, etc. It also helps that you can plug in photos and videos.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

I would like to see a direct CRM integration into Salesforce, without having to rely on Zapier.

**What problems is Eventtia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eventtia saves you time and money. Within hours, you can put together an intuitive event registration page with key information. It helps streamline event organization and enhances the attendee experience.

**What do you like best about Eventtia?**

I have been using Eventtia for my annual regional event for 5 uninterrupted years, and this year I am starting with 2 more events. I love it for its versatility and the ability to manage events comprehensively from a single platform.

I started during the pandemic with virtual events and then moved to in-person, and the support from the solution continues to be of extremely high value.

I recommend it 100%.

**What do you like best about Eventtia?**

Eventtia has a large number of functionalities for each dimension of our project. We can manage our schedule but we can also know a lot about user behavior, especially for virtual events or communities. In face-to-face activities it is also great to have the CheckIn process. We have many assistants from outside the team in face-to-face activities, so it is a very good way to unify our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

It will be great for us to have more automatic reporting on all of our events, and not just each event separately.

We did not find another platform that solved all our needs at the same time.

The system is easy to navigate and set up. And when there are issues that need support the customer care is fast and comprehensive. In addition the fees are good value for money. I am happy to have opten for Eventtia as our event platform.

**What do you like best about Eventtia?**

Eventtia meets our needs for mass invitations to an event with different targets. But the biggest advantage of Eventtia for us is that we can organize mass meetings through the algorithm that makes suggestions, but especially also without using this algorithm, which allows us to have control over smaller, more restricted events.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

What I like the least is that the web part is a bit less manageable, especially when it comes to moving blocks; it's sometimes a bit of a hassle!

Eventtia often responds to our specific needs and our new event processes. The customer service is always attentive and always offers us suitable solutions.

the always super fast response I get fro the Eventtia team. whenever I have a question or concern, my email is answered in less than 2 hours, ALWAYS! I like the feeling of knowing I can resolve any issue super quick thanks to the Eventtia team.

Eventtia is a very useful platform for storing extensive database processes and organizing that information. It has a wide variety of functions within the application.

I feel that it is not an intuitive platform, each of the processes that one wants to do within the application has a very specific detail that generally the administrator and user need prior knowledge to execute it.

For the participant: the ease of use because they remain on the same interface throughout the entire event. The adaptation to the time zone for 80% of the features. The excellent support from the Eventtia team on training and technical assistance and advice, particularly Julien Garot. The excellent responsiveness of the technical team.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

The 20% of elements that do not yet adapt to the time zone (email template and workshop registration)
The website templates: not flexible enough and waste time to work around what we want to display
Some elements to review in terms of virtual scene ergonomics: but the technical team has taken all our feedback into account.

Simplicity of event organization: for the participant, it is very smooth and makes them want to register. The tracking and reports offered. The automation of certain tasks like mass communication.

**What do you like best about Eventtia?**

Eventtia is a well-rounded tool that helps event organizers, attendees, and sponsors maximize their event experience. As an organizer, you can manage all aspects before, during and after your event. This includes ticket sales, website development, sponsor management, B2B networking, surveys and many more functions. As an attendee, you can easily find and book meetings with other attendees. Event organizers can customize all the fields and organize attendees to best suit your audience to maximize engagement. The Eventtia support team are also very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

While the 1-on-1 meeting functionality works very well, it would be helpful to book meetings with multiple people at once (for example, when more than one person from the same company wants to join the same meeting). It would also be helpful if attendees could choose the duration of their meeting by themselves as currently, it is the organizer that sets the meeting slots for a determined amount of time that may be too short or too long for certain attendees.

Ticketing: Eventtia offers a great ticketing platform that makes sales and payment processing very convenient

The dashboard, the activation of each of the tools or functions that the platform provides us is somewhat confusing. Not being able to upload bulk information in the sponsors' area and having to assign a person to complement the "stand" without having the option of direct modification by the Event Administrator. Not being able to pin comments on the wall. And that with Eventtia Studio we cannot transfer the chat from the live session.

As a client, they ask us about the needs we present at each event, and their technical support always helps us or provides options to resolve any issues.

Eventtia is an ideal platform for digital launch of clothing line. Easy to set up and to customize, it allows to host and display precorded videos (plenary, workshops)  as a live event.

Some features can't be customized but I know that the Eventtia team is currently working on some updates.

You can edit several useful things to personalize your events very well, and even though it's the same platform, each event can be seen with its own identity. The way participants register is very agile.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

There are small things that should be improved, for example, in Eventia Studio there should be another chat where you can see what the participants are interacting with, and also a preview of where the design you are placing will be seen. This would greatly help in configuring the platform.

The platform brings together numerous tools and perfectly meets expectations. Furthermore, the Eventtia team is flexible and agile. It is a pleasure to work this way.

Few things, there are undoubtedly still adjustments to be made, but generally Eventtia anticipates the needs. In any case, the problems encountered are always manageable.

We are a very small team, Eventtia is a Swiss army knife that allows us to do a maximum of things with few users. The big advantage is also being able to centralize a maximum of information, to have an overall view of the project easily.

Easy to set up, creation of a website with the template is a real plus and can be configurated by unexperienced colleagues with a simple demonstration

A lot of options means a lot of checking to be done t make sure that the tool is set up in the right way.
Tests need to be done to avoid errors before or during the event itself

The sections are quite simple to create, the main thing is the copy-pasting from one event to another. Time saver.

Not enough choices in presentation, lacks a photo library, some functions are less obvious to apply, allow data selection to create a simpler EXCEL table for presenting participants (today, the table presents all participant data)

The best thing for me was the ease of managing the list of speakers and participants.

The fact that we could not connect Eventtia to our invoice system, and we had to manually send each invoice to the participants for the tax number

**What problems is Eventtia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Eventtia to manage events, and through it, we sold tickets and managed registrations for lectures and workshops. The biggest benefit we had was that we had everything in one place.

The only thing that I would like to see being improved is the dublication of event pages if you wish to have a multi-lingual event. Can be a bit time consuming.

Whenever there is something important like a meeting or even a Holiday Party, and such the Eventtia, I am sure is one of the best things for it.

Eventitia may not have everything in there like "Eventbrite."

 Recommendations for anyone using Eventtia are usually for company Executives or Event Planners who are in a career or not. Basically, anyone who is an avid planner maybe able to use this, but if you were to have a company, than it is best to have a separate account so that way there will be no confusion.

**What problems is Eventtia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not experienced any business problems but there always a time when it may not have what youre looking for when planning our business ventures, like having some kind of a Summer getaway for you & your company or you by yourself, etc. The benefits are getting things more oganinized like meetings and/ or other stuff you would like to do with your company.

Eventtia allowed us to conduct our first fully digitalized workshop with networking sessions. The setup/configuration of the platform was simple. The support teams were very responsive. On the day of the event, the platform was very stable, and the responses to our questions and those of the participants were quick and appropriate.

Nothing in particular. It worked very well.

The many options offered by the software to organize your event. Everything can be managed from A to Z and many use cases are planned by the developers. And the support service remains very responsive, which is really appreciated. 

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

Among the many options available, the level of customization remains quite low, unless you know a little bit of html code. In this case, it becomes possible to offer a much more interesting experience for the visitor. We also encountered many small bugs more or less annoying to use.... hopefully, the support service was very responsive.

Don't hesitate to communicate with eventtia, they always have good advices to solve an issue

I used it to organize a serie of 3 event including conférences & matchmaking sessions. I use Eventtia to communicate before and during the events, manage inscriptions and B2B meetings and build a websote for the event. All in one !

We used eventtia for an event last year, it was very useful for us, the team are very kind and patient with our requests, we had a very good and personalized customer service

i like that eventia is an all in one app with dashboards managing a different kind of event incomes, it also generates a front office for users with modern drag and drop interface.
The only problem we had is during the event to manage new users, it was to long to be used, i hope the team finds a solution for this issue.

**What do you like best about Eventtia?**

The team and support are always available and provide timely feedback, which was great since we needed custom-made development for some part. Always keen to listen to our feedback and understand our needs, wether during a phone call or when we met physically. The registration tool really allow to organize the participants and provide them with a personalized experience. The webapp is very handy too.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

The mass mailing tool is not very easy to use when you have "mass emails" to specific lists of participants. The process of adding participants could be improved, as well as registration to workshop. Registration to workshop should be separated from the actual event registration since they are two very different process in terms of content and timeline. Most importantly, it should be available in the webapp so participants can adapt their agenda on-the-go, even during the event if there are still some seats available.

It allows us to launch registration quickly and direct confirmed participants to the webapp easily.

A well thought-out product with real-life use cases in mind. Can efficiently help with most tasks regarding event planning and related customer / attendee management. Developers are also open for new ideas / discussion, helpful with customization needs.

**What do you dislike about Eventtia?**

Despite the many features already implemented, you'd still need too much customization at the end. The more you dig into using the system, the more you will find to be customized. So the feature is there, but the way it works might not be fit for your particular need. And you won't recognize this from the demo, because these details only reveal themselves when you're above 85% completion of your project with Eventia. So you'll most definitely find a way to get to 100%, but you'll need to make some unforseen compromises. And since most events are marketing tools with great impact on your business, it would be so much better to see the last 15% be just as smooth as the first 85%.

**Recommendations to others considering Eventtia:**

Involve your whole event-support team in the process: IT, marketing, even sales. And expect IT and marketing to work very closely when developing / setting up Eventtia to your exact needs. You're going to need your IT to set up the system and your marketing team to bring in their real-life insights and use cases. Also expect a few changes in expectations due to the limitations of customization. So even if the marketing request is clear, the IT won't always be able to deliver. Still, as long as your teams open and communicate, you will be able to sort things out at the end.

Organized an event for about 200 ppl., used Eventtia to run the registration website, sending out invitation letters, tracking clicks and responds.
