&lt;p&gt;A respected floor lead, honestly. We tried the tool-is-faster pitch twice and it bounced. On the third attempt we gave our most skeptical senior operator early access, let him rewrite the two instructions he hated most, and named him in the rollout. Resistance dropped fast after that. Quick wins in week one mattered too, but only because he was the one demonstrating them. Whatever platform you pick (we&#39;re on Connecteam), budget more effort for who introduces it than for what it does.&lt;/p&gt;
