The customer service team at eUnify is responsive and always a pleasure to work with, including developing or building out additional features to fit the needs we may notice we need. **What do you dislike about eUnify?** I have been using the system for a few years now and don't have anything that I dislike. **What problems is eUnify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication with homeowners & ease of tracking and documenting interactions. Their support and development team is always willing to enhance their product and listen to input from users. **What do you dislike about eUnify?** Sometimes it might take a little longer than we would like to find a resolution to issues. **What problems is eUnify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everything is integrated and easy to use from the accoutning to the violation management. It is basically a one-stop shop for HOAs especially with the mobile app for site inpsections. ### 4.
