Teh software is great and they support they give to get you up a running makes the whole process simple

Only part is just learning what the software tells you

**What problems is eTalent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps so much with dealing with the number of applicants and setting tasks to those applicants and then tracking so you get good people to interview
