# Who Do Enterprise HR Leaders Managing Talent Development Trust Most for Coaching Platforms?

Enterprise trust in a coaching vendor tends to hinge on whether the platform can point to real clients at real scale. A couple of platforms in Coaching carry documented enterprise client rosters and reviewer evidence from HR and people teams specifically.

Growthspace lists enterprise clients including Siemens, Microsoft, EY, and Deloitte, and its reviewer base is heavily weighted toward mid-market and enterprise organizations rather than small teams. Reviewers point to a global network of experts across many skill sets as the reason HR teams can match coaching to a truly specific development need rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

Exec: an HR reviewer specifically describes using coaching to build a leadership bench without adding headcount to a small people team, framing it as both a promotion-readiness tool and a retention lever for key talent who were explicitly asking for outside expertise. The same reviewer credits a credit-based model with keeping the investment moving, since unused credits get reallocated to leaders who are actually engaging.

For me, trust would come down more to **coach quality first**, because that’s what determines whether employees actually find the program useful enough to engage with it. But at enterprise scale, being able to show leadership clear adoption and development outcomes would be what makes the program easier to sustain long term.
