It has been consistent. Staff is also very helpful. I have been in touch with Rajat from Sales for the past few years now - and his proactiveness and committment is worth applauding. This is the biggest flaw. Top management should definitely consider giving users more number of whatsapp and other notification messages per parcel. The current one is too limited honestly. 2. UI. Although I see some changes have been made. It should be stupidly simple. So simple that founders can integrate and use it themselves without having to have a operations guy. It used to look like a task earlier. It seems better now but could be better. 3. There should be customer success team that outreaches to customers. I know there are emails, but non-technical people like me arent able to comprehend these very well. If if there is a whatsapp along witha a calendly link to get on a call, it definitely helps.
