  ### 1. Easy to use Inventory Management System and some more

**What do you like best about erplain?**

erplain is suited for small companies and distinguishes itself from similar software through ease of use and easiness to navigate through. Importing products is really easy and managing purchases and sells and accordingly the inventory works really well and there is no delay in stock actualization. Setting up the software was easier than expected.
Since it is online based, and therefore reachable from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about erplain?**

We had some troubles integrating our accounting software, but the customer service was really helpful and walked us through the process.

**What problems is erplain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our inventory to get better overview over available items. Provide our sales agent with up to date stock levels. Fasten our billing process and make it more transparent.

**What do you like best about erplain?**

It is visually appealing and modern.  I like that you can have many users and locations, so I can track who took what and from where.  The invoices look very professional.  

**What do you dislike about erplain?**

The PO system is not very intuitive.  Learning how to refill empty materials took a major curve.  It is time consuming to replace missing inventory in the system once it has been delivered.  

**Recommendations to others considering erplain:**

When you first begin, set up a demo or instructional with the company.  Learn how to use it very well so you don't have to go through the growing pains like I did and take 20 steps to do a 1 step job. 

**What problems is erplain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this program to track the consignment materials we keep in our shop.  It allows us to reorder pieces easily.  We also use the program to help with job costing.  We create estimates for materials to help us price jobs better.
