For 20 years we’ve been 100% focused on healthcare supply chain. Our applications help maximize the efficiencies possible in the supply chain, from manufacturer, distributor, to healthcare provider, by utilizing the internet as a communications and procurement medium and providing access to collaborative inventory management tools. Many healthcare organizations are struggling to balance the challenges of inventory availability and high order fill rates with the financial demands of high inventory turns and minimal inventory shrink and obsolescence. Envi’s value proposition is to aid in the reduction of total supply chain inventories and help eliminate procurement process costs, and increase service levels throughout the supply chain. ## Envi Reviews ### 1. It does not integrate with current EMR system. **What do you dislike about Envi?** It does not integrate with current EMR system. **What problems is Envi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having any problems at this time. ### 2. A lot of control and easily pullable data could be put in place, but heavily manual and no automation in the process. **What do you dislike about Envi?** Not scalable for more prominent companies or companies looking to expand exponentially. **What problems is Envi solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, we switched over to Coupa in 2022 and have been utilizing that system since then. ### 3. ENVI IOS- Current software in use **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2019 **What do you like best about Envi?** For me, the most helpful part is that ENVI has bar codes that can be printed and scanned for inventory, usage and ordering. Reporting has multiple formatting options. I also like the purchasing dashboard and the visuals it offers. **What do you dislike about Envi?** I would prefer better reporting options, thumbs down that there is no price variance report available. I would like to see an upload option for adding inventory items in bulk for new vendor setups (it may exist but I don't see it). **Recommendations to others considering Envi:** Make sure you are purchasing all the modules you need and that price variance reporting is not important to you. **What problems is Envi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the option to create automatic PO's based on par levels and feel that it has freed up time for my clinics.
