Data migration cost is too high. Sometimes API authentication creates issues. else everything I use looks perfect. **What problems is Vizient solving and how is that benefiting you?** As for data analytics, I basically used it for data migration. Another thing is that there is no API or 2-factor authentication. **What problems is Vizient solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used it for migration as a service, and it was a very good experience, it just needs API to make it easy to use. ### 5. Their team and I had mutual goals of seeing my customers provide excellent healthcare. **What do you dislike about Vizient?** Sometimes it would take a little while to hear back from different Vizient representatives, mostly due to someone not managing a specific issue I was inquiring about. **What problems is Vizient solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vizient helps me make sure I am accessing the correct cost for customers so I can be profitable and so customers get the prices they are guaranteed. I wish there were more crossfunctionality in the clinical department and case/ratings. **What problems is Vizient solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to login to the dashboard to grab clinical performance numbers for our members as well as see what cases they are completing and how many they are leaving on the table. It has steered our advisor conversations to let our members know where they can recoup missing funds and make more money. ### 14.
