What I appreciate most about the Entry2Exit Queue Management System is how smoothly it handles customer flow without creating confusion or congestion. The interface is extremely simple for both staff and visitors, and the ticketing process feels very intuitive. Real-time dashboards give complete visibility into queue lengths, waiting times, and service performance, which helps us make decisions faster. There isn’t anything major to dislike, but like any system, it requires proper onboarding for staff to use it effectively.
