What do you like best about NetFUNNEL?

NetFUNNEL provides everything we need as a queue management solution. It offers multiple traffic control methods, and monitoring is very easy to use.

What impressed me the most, however, was the company’s extensive experience and support. Whenever we had concerns or encountered issues while using the solution, we were able to receive timely and practical assistance.

Each time we applied the queue during promotions, we received guidance on appropriate configurations and load planning based on the expected traffic volume. Thanks to this support, we were able to complete every promotion successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetFUNNEL?

While the support team was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or issues, we felt that the basic documentation could be more comprehensive.There were areas where the guides alone were not sufficient for implementation or full understanding. Although the console provides metrics such as 'Inflow' and 'Entry Request', we often needed to ask for clarification to fully understand what these values represented. Since we operate hotels and resorts, we often deal with heavy booking traffic. If traffic surges at certain times or unexpectedly, it can quickly strain our internal servers and directly impact both user experience and revenue. What do you like best about NetFUNNEL?

I like this NetFunnel Service because the queue works really smoothly, even during payment. We run an e-commerce platform, so server outrages are a big deal for us.

What do you like best about NetFUNNEL?

We used NetFunnel for events such as new card pre-orders and EV contract openings. It helped prevent overload on our WAS and DB by controlling traffic during peak periods. Even when a large number of users rushed in at once, access was handled sequentially, allowing customers to complete the contract process without disruption. What do you dislike about NetFUNNEL?

We needed to run some pre-tests and fine-tuning to align the policies with each scenario we had open, such as pre-orders, contract creation, and payment flows. On top of that, when traffic patterns differed from what we expected, we had to update the APIs and redeploy. Overall, in the early stages it did require some extra operational effort. What do you dislike about NetFUNNEL?

I am the administrator currently managing NetFUNNEL operations. I truly value the solution's capabilities, but I believe the User Experience (UX) of the admin console has room for improvement in terms of usability.

Currently, navigating the structure to locate data or adjust settings can require a bit of a learning curve. Ideally, an admin tool would be more intuitive to help users navigate naturally. I would suggest looking into streamlining the UI/UX and simplifying the menu structure. This would greatly help operators access key functions more easily without needing to rely heavily on manuals.
