I really like the reporting and analytics capability of Entry2Exit Visitor Management System. Since we use an on-premise server, we have the ability to store data with us. It has a feature that lets us pick any date in the past and get all the information on visitors who came in and went out during that time. I also really like the emergency evacuation feature, which helps us in evacuating people who are inside the building in case of any emergencies. Moreover, Entry2Exit provides end-to-end customization and helped us build the visitor management system exactly how we wanted it. They were really helpful throughout the process. Initially, they offered a POC which was tested on the live environment and took only one day after we shared our requirements. They were happy to do all the customizations and deploy the project within two weeks.

Entry2Exit Visitor management system is completely self customizable. My staff can easily customize online forms, branding and other elements without any technical support. I really love that about entry2exit. One other great feature is the pre registration. Normal visitor management systems don't have an option to input the vehicle plate number. But on entry2exit, If i input a vehicle plate number, the barriers will automatically open upon the visitor's arrival through the ANPR integration. The deployment was very easy. We were deployed on cloud, later we moved to our on premise server. The customer support is available 24/7 which is a great plus. Today, we welcome over 200+ visitors every day using entry2exit vms.
