**What do you like best about Enthral?**

The Enthral LMS is so incredibly comprehensive - it meets our needs and offers so much more ...some of which we plan to use in the future.  

We've worked with Enthral since 2019 when they designed our first set of highly engaging asynchronous courses, and we've continued to work with them to develop all 9 of our self-paced course offerings and to update those courses every couple of years. 

Last year we migrated our trainings to Enthral's LMS platform. The Enthral team customized the site to meet our needs, assisted with the migration of our courses and client accounts (including training history and where they were at in current courses being taken), and troubleshooting as the need arose.

All LMS's are quirky in their own ways, and the Enthral LMS is as well. But we've learned the tricks and tips of using it over the last year. We're looking forward to learning and using the AI features in the near future to help us continue to improve our customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Enthral?**

There is a 12 hour time difference between our location and theirs - this means when we identify an issue it may not be resolved the next business day.

**What problems is Enthral solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enthral is providing a platform for our training courses, as well as designing, creating and updating asynchronous courses.

**What do you like best about Enthral?**

Enthral offers an intuitive user interface and personalized learning journeys that make content discovery and consumption effortless. The ease of navigation, mobile responsiveness, and quick access to bite-sized modules greatly enhance learner engagement. It’s a one-stop solution for upskilling at your own pace.

**What do you dislike about Enthral?**

While the overall experience is smooth, occasional lags during high traffic hours and limited in-app notifications for new content releases could be improved for even better engagement.

**What problems is Enthral solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enthral helps solve the challenge of consistent, scalable, and personalized learning across a distributed workforce. It streamlines content delivery, tracks learner progress, and offers insights that help align learning with business goals. This has improved learner engagement, reduced manual follow-ups, and empowered employees to drive their own development.

Being in an industry that is new for most of us in India, we have built-in exhaustive learning materials for training our people. Enthral has partnered with us to have these domain knowledge available to everyone at a clock of a button.

Some time it is working in IOS , not working in Android or the opposite working in android not working iin IOS

On rare  occasions some of the features are specific to iOS and sometimes for Android hence the disparity at times.  However, our endeavour would be to ensure all the features are generalised and available to all the customers under a single system codebase.
